Equipment Dealers & Vendors

Close more units by offering client financing at the point of sale. Funders like AvTech report 32% average sales lift from point-of-sale financing.

💳

Insurance Agents & Brokers

You know their revenue, payroll, and equipment. One introduction per quarter compounds your commission income.

🧪

Consultants & Industry Advisors

Realtors, M&A advisors, fractional CFOs, SBDC counselors — any professional with SME relationships.

Referral Fee Tiers

The Partnership Model

1. Sign one page.

A written referral agreement defines your fixed fee per funded deal. You are an introducer — not a negotiator — which keeps you clear of state loan-broker licensing in nearly every state.

2. Send deal flow.

Submit referrals through the partner portal, email, or this site. Business name, state, and best contact — nothing else required from you.

3. We do the work.

FMD, LLC qualifies, structures, packages, and negotiates with funders like AvTech Capital, Balboa, National Business Capital, Kapitus, Fora, CIBC (SBA referral program), and TimePayment.

4. You get paid.

Fee paid within 30 days of funding. Repeat business from the same client counts as yours.

Compliance guardrails: no advance fees from businesses; no fee-charging to borrowers; introducer role only; restricted states (e.g., ND, and states requiring registrations such as VA/CT/MO/TX for certain sales-based financing) are screened at intake and handled by FMD's licensed/registered side where applicable. Program terms may change; your signed agreement controls.

Your Client relationships already generate deal flow.

Turn it into a fee income stream — with zero cost to your clients and zero licensing burden in a pure name-and-number model.
